Repetitive behaviors (such as hand washing, ordering, or checking) or mental acts (such as praying, counting, or repeating words silently) that you feel driven to perform in response to an obsession or rigid rules? Yes No
Knowing that behaviors or mental acts are aimed at preventing (or reducing) distress or a dreaded situation, but are excessive and not connected realistically to what they are designed to prevent? Yes No

Part B:  You answered "Yes" to all items, and

Part C:  You answered "Yes" to all items, and

Part D:  You answered "Yes" to all items.
